Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the motorsport industry. No prior experience is required as we will provide comprehensive training from the ground up. Our goal is to invest in our employees’ development and create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in day-to-day and racing operations.
• Learn and perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Support vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately determine the cause of vehicle issues.
• Assist in repairing or replacing worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
• Support alignments, tune-ups, and other preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through hands-on training and guidance from senior technicians.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to learning and developing new skills.
• Excellent attitude, dedication, and work ethic.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
