Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately determine the cause of vehicle issues.
• Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
• Perform alignments, tune-ups, and other preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and necessary repairs.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive repair is preferred.
• Proven experience as a car mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
